- Alternating Light Wood and Gold Beads- symbolizes the responsibility of the National President of treating all Kuya, regardless of rank or stature within the organization, EQUALLY, as he serves as the father of the entire brotherhood.
- Circular Medal- officers of the brotherhood are expected to be well-rounded individuals, being able to navigate through situations and circumstances that are brought about by the roles/ positions bestowed upon them.
- Rope Border- as the head of the entire organization, it is the duty of the National President to hold the members together. The border on the medallion has no defined ends, symbolizing his continuing responsibility to unite all members of the Fraternity.
- The Sun- at the helm of the entire organization, the National President serves as a beacon, the rallying point for all Kuya, Ate and Bunso. He is to enlighten members and be the one guiding everyone to a common goal, thus the symbol.
- The Laurel Wreath- symbolizes the honor and trust conferred upon the National President, as the penultimate leader of our brotherhood.
- Metal Emblem- at the core of each Eagle Officer's responsibility, is defending and upholding the Eagles Constitution. The metal emblem in the middle of the medallion serves to remind the wearer of the oath he swore upon assuming his role within the organization.
